Exchanges and returns
Refuse the merchandise if any of the following conditions occur:
- Opened or damaged packaging.
- Damaged product.
- Product does not match the order.
Return due to change of mind or regret
To initiate a return due to change of mind or regret, the following conditions must be respected:
- The deadline for product return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of use, accompanied by the invoice and accessories.
- Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel reserves the right to charge shipping expenses and other associated costs related to the return of the product.
- If all conditions are respected, Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel will provide a full refund for the total value of your order, excluding the shipping fee.
Defective products
To return defective products, the following conditions must be respected:
- In case of manufacturing defects, the customer can request a product exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice and accessories.
- The products will be assessed by Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel, and if no damages are found, they will be resent to the customer.
To initiate an exchange through the website, the customer should make a request via shop@fdag.com.br. Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel will send an email with instructions for returning the product, and the re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Upon receiving the product, the exchange will be processed. If the product is no longer available in our stock, the customer can choose another product of equivalent value or receive a credit for future use at Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel, or request a refund.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit cards and PayPal: The cancellation of the charge will be requested from your card issuer, and the refund will be credited within 2 (two) subsequent billing cycles.
- Bank transfer (Boleto bancário, only in Brazil): The customer will be asked to provide banking details for the refund deposit, which will be made within 7 (seven) business days.
- PIX (Only in Brazil): The refund will be processed within 2 (two) business days.
Fortes D'Aloia & Gabriel is not obligated to exchange or refund products that show clear signs of misuse. Always inspect the product upon receipt. For any problems or inquiries, please contact us immediately at shop@fdag.com.br.
